It's now a thriving artificial reef, draped in soft corals and teeming with marine life. I spotted big groupers peeking from the cargo hold, and schools of fusiliers hiding in the cracks. That feeling of swimming alongside this silent, ghostly vessel was hard to describe—haunting, beautiful, and humbling all at once. It's a time capsule on the seabed.
